Can I use a survey from another tool?

Yes, if you export the responses to CSV. Select the relevant columns in the HRAI importer. Start with one survey and review the data preview before analysis.

How should I prepare the data?

Review the file and remove personal data that is not needed for the survey objective. Upload employee responses in the designated part of the app after signing in, rather than in a contact message.

Does the report make decisions about employees?

No. The report provides analysis and recommendations for review. The person responsible for the survey interprets the results and decides on the next steps.
